All information on the workshop venue, the arrival in Belgium, accommodation, local transport/information, weather conditions are detailed in the document below.

VENUE

Both training sessions will take place at the Thermae Palace Hotel, in the Fabiola room. Below is a plan of the site, with the location of the different rooms that will be used during the training.

HOW TO GET THERE?

If you come by car, there is a parking available (free of charge) right in front of the Thermae Palace. You need to ask a ticket at the reception to get out.

The closest airport is Brussels/Zaventem Airport.

To reach Ostend from the airport, you can use the train (apx. cost is 25 EUR). Schedules and information on trains can be found on the Belgian Rail website.
