Coordination Group

The Co-ordinating Group is composed of one institutional representative appointed by each of the Contractors and is chaired by the Project Co-ordinator.

The Co-ordinating Group is the Consortium's decision-making body and the validation body for all decisions of the Steering Committee. It shall validate the propositions of the Steering Committee, inter alia, on the political and strategic orientation of the Project and the possible modifications to the work plan.

The Co-ordinating Group works by email and meets at the annual project meetings and/or when it is necessary to convene it.
